• Need to have good understanding of AEC Design requirement.

  Good knowledge of the fundamentals in their MECH/PHE AND ELEC core discipline

  Production of drawings on CAD and BIM Revit model for MEP works

  Responsible for the quality of production

  Clarity scope of work and ensure timely delivery of assigned task

  Evaluate the project needs and discuss with Senior / Leads.

  Coordinate with other services and inform project BIM lead/BIM Coordinator for any services clashes which cannot resolve.

  Make sure BIM model is coordinated within MEP services, Arch, Structural and other subs.

  Ensure full compliance with design / CAD /BIM standard.

  Evaluate the project needs and discuss with Project BIM Coordinator.

  Attend inter discipline coordination meeting as when required.

  Ensure COBie / similar information

  Participate in the production of 2D drawings from BIM models with accuracy ensuring drawings produced are according to the Office or the Client’s Drafting Standards and Procedures, and the drawing submission schedule is achieved

Education - Engineering Degree/Diploma Engineering

Experience - 4-7 Years
