Job description
The People & Culture Specialist will be responsible to strengthen the company culture by ensuring employee satisfaction and retention across the region. The P&C Specialist will work with the Regional Learning and Development team to implement and monitor initiatives related to employee engagement, employee performance, employee development, wellbeing, and inclusion and diversity.
- Leading on a high level the performance review cycle for the region and ensure staff are trained and provided with the relevant documents and tools to guarantee smooth completion in a timely manner. Similarly for the Objective Setting period of the performance review.
- Work with the Talent Director to implement succession planning and retention planning initiatives across the region. Whilst ensuring continuous follow up of such programs.
- Be the process owner of Career Development Plans and Performance Improvement Plans for staff. Ensuring the templates are accurately completed and following up with the employee across the tenure of their CDP/PIP.
- Coordinate engagement initiatives with the Engagement Committee and ensure the Engagement and Wellbeing policy is being followed and the 4 pillars are being properly promoted.
- Working on developing and executing annual Engagement Calendar for the region.
- Lead on Inclusion and Diversity initiatives regionally and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure I&D efforts are properly considered/implemented.
- Lead the weekly new joiner induction virtually. Implement Buddy Program for the region.
- Manage Internship program for the region.
- Manage Genius platform and ensure all the updates on L&D and Employee Engagement are regularly updated.
- Manage monthly L&D and EE Dashboards for the region.
Profile
- MBA in Human Resources
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience within Human Resources
- Fluency in English is a must
- Time management: capable of developing timelines and completing tasks with limited timeframes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
- Ability to work in a small, fast-moving team.
- Excellent ability to network and coordinate
- Good presentation and facilitation skills.
- Sound knowledge and hands on experience to work on MS Office and Power BI.
- Self-driven and keen on taking new initiatives for the areas responsible.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
