Job description

Duties to include (but are not limited to) the below. The position will require candidate to co-ordinate and prioritise the tasks required.

 

  • Assisting Quality, Environment and BIM Systems Manager with review and update of system documentation for ISO 9001 Quality, 14001 Environment and 19650 BIM, data capture of client feedback, audit scheduling, tracking and ensuring close out of compliance actions, maintaining up to date approval for sub-consultants, gathering and collating carbon footprint company data, preparing first draft of contract execution plans for projects to assist project managers, data capture of client feedback, other duties as required to ensure compliance with our ISO standards.

 

Achieving the above tasks and other deliverables to the required quality and time scales.

Working and co-ordinating with other employees as required.

 

Profile

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Good knowledge of IT/Systems.
