Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Design Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai/Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the design process for large-scale theming projects, including theme parks, water parks, and specialist immersive experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of the creative and technical aspects of design, along with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Management:
- Implement design strategies, ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements.

- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Design Development:
- Ensure designs meet quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and creative professionals to integrate design elements and technical requirements.

Team Leadership:
- Manage a team of designers, architects, and engineers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

- Provide guidance and direction to ensure the team delivers high-quality design solutions.

- Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance project outcomes.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Present design concepts and progress updates to clients and stakeholders.

- Address client feedback and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.

Technical Expertise:
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.

- Resolve design challenges and technical issues effectively and efficiently.

Profile

Qualifications:
·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Design, Engineering, or a related field.

·       Minimum of 10 years of experience in design management, with a focus on large-scale theming projects.

·       Proven track record of successfully delivering theme parks, water parks, or immersive experience projects.

·       Strong leadership and team management skills.

·       Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

·       Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
